Speedel Partners With Ecologi To Act On Climate Change

The good news is there are several initiatives companies can get involved in and do their bit about saving the planet. Ecologi is one such initiative that gives businesses worldwide an opportunity to take their first critical steps into climate action.

Speedel Joins Ecologi

At Speedel, our ambition is to embrace sustainability at every possible stage and do everything we can to help reverse climate change. We are proud to support Ecologi by providing funding for one of their climate projects in Brazil which generates electricity from harmful landfill methane gas. So far, our involvement has helped them plant more than 600 trees in forests across Kenya and Mozambique and reduce 10 tonnes of CO2 emissions. Speedel is committed to the climate cause for the long term. We will continue to support this and other Ecologi projects throughout the year to positively impact the environment, reduce our carbon footprint, and make every one of our deliveries more sustainable.

We have also vowed to fund and add 250 more trees if we are gifted 500 trees through the “Gift More Impact” option on Ecologi by the end of March 2023.
