Leicester courier service

Leicester is a vibrant city in the heart of the East Midlands, and we’re proud to call it home to our head office. While it’s our base, we offer a same day courier service throughout the UK and can deliver to Europe and internationally. So, whether you’re looking for a courier service in Leicester or elsewhere, we can help.

The UK’s aerospace industry is the largest in Europe, and Leicester is a UK centre, thanks to the industry-leading Space Park and the National Space Centre. Before starting Speedel, our team worked in the aerospace sector, so we are uniquely placed to understand the needs and requirements of the industry.

Our courier service can deliver everything from essential components to legal documents, with a UK same day guarantee and collection within 60 minutes. We act as a delivery partner for aerospace companies across the country, thanks to our ability to embed within operations as an extension of your logistical network. Providing industry insight and professional reliability, we’re ready to be your trusted delivery partner.

Heritage of manufacturing and engineering

Leicester has a proud textiles heritage, with many producers and manufacturers of clothing, footwear and textiles still operating in the city.

These manufacturing and engineering businesses with orders and deadlines cannot afford downtime. When this occurs, materials or components need to reach these businesses as quickly as possible. Speedel has a breadth of experience working with manufacturing and engineering companies. We understand the pressures these businesses operate under, and our service is designed to provide an efficient solution.

We provide full tracking, giving you complete visibility of where your delivery is at every stage, so you know when that essential component will arrive. We also offer dedicated delivery as standard, so only your delivery will be transported by our couriers - essential for delicate and sensitive components and parts.

Logistics hub

As multifaceted businesses that incorporate storage, picking, processing and fulfilment with frequent short-notice requests, logistics companies often need a reliable courier service.

Speedel is the perfect delivery partner for Leicester-based logistics firms. Our headquarters are in the city, and we can provide same day delivery throughout the UK with collection within 60 minutes and dedicated delivery across Europe. Whether you need us to collect from Leicester and deliver elsewhere, or provide a fulfilment service elsewhere in the country or Europe, we’re your ideal courier service.

Leicester is a great city, and it’s home for us. We work with plenty of local businesses and industries. But this is just a small part of what we do.
