We support companies 24/7, 365 with nationwide collections in just 60 minutes. This includes weekends and bank holidays to ensure you have the support when you need it most.

Do we need to have an account?

No, businesses can book shipments without an account and still benefit from our technology led delivery solutions. However, by signing up for a free business account you'll benefit from up to 15% off the cost of your same day deliveries.

What are the benefits of having an account?

Having an account enables you to book and manage all of your past, present and future shipments in one place and save up to 15% on your shipments. You'll also be able to gain a deeper understanding into your delivery performance, with easy to access metrics including waiting time, on-time delivery and more. What's more is that you'll be able to download your entire shipping history for full transparency into the loads you move with Speedel.

How does your pricing work?

Our rates are generated automatically by the vehicle type and distance from collection to delivery. We guarantee that we will cover the load at the price we quote at booking. The rate quoted represents collection and delivery and does not include any type of accessorial services such us additional waiting and loading time. Details of which will be provided prior to opening an account.

What vehicles do you have available?

We operate a number of vehicles ranging from small vans through to curtain side lutons. In addition, we can also support you with 7.5T trucks to full load Artics both in the UK and Europe.

What is dedicated delivery?

We specialise in dedicated delivery, meaning that only your consignment will be carried on our vehicles at any one time. From collection and right through to delivery you can rest assured that your package is in safe hands. Our service offering significantly reduces the risk of loss, damage and mis delivery.

Do you offer your services to the general public?

Whilst we'd love to expand our service offering to the public, we currently only serve businesses within the UK and Europe.

Do you offer a next day or overnight service?

We specialise in same day delivery and help companies streamline their operations with time critical transport solutions. Whilst we do not offer a next day, overnight or economy service we can certainly help you with scheduled same day deliveries that can take place the next morning or at a specific time.

Is there a cost for having an account?

Absolutely not, signing up for an account is free for all businesses that have a same day delivery requirement.

How often do I need to use my account?

We understand that businesses come in all shapes and sizes, therefore you’re not required to make a minimum number of shipments per month and can use your account as and when required.

How soon can you collect our consignments?

With nationwide coverage we will collect your consignments in under 60 minutes from confirmation of your booking. Yes, just 60 minutes, impressive right!

Is my consignment insured?

Yes, all shipments are covered under the terms of the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage (latest revision) and C.M.R limits apply for international road transport where applicable.

How do I track my consignment?

Shipments booked with Speedel give you full clarity of where your load is and is accessible via our tracking page. You’ll also receive auto collection and delivery notifications along with an electronic proof of delivery as soon as your consignment has been delivered. You can also share tracking information with customers and colleagues instantly.

What payment options do you offer?

For non-account bookings we accept payment via all major credit and debit cards as well as BACS. Account customers benefit from 30-day payment terms, payments in advance and direct debit.
